Shipping fees

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the real weight and/or volumetric weight of the products ordered and automatically calculated in the purchase procedure on the"Cart"page. In the section"Purchase conditions"in the paragraph"Delivery methods"there is the table with the relative shipping costs divided by weight range that will be applied at the time of purchase.
Are the shipping costs the same throughout Italy (including the islands)?
Shipping costs are the same throughout Italy, including the major islands (Sicily, Sardinia and Elba) for the minor islands and particular mountain or lagoon locations, as reported to us by the courier, Showine reserves the right to communicate the relative adjustment to the customer in advance. of the shipping cost.

Delivery of products

How many days does the delivery take?
The delivery of the products takes place on the days indicated in the table to the right of the product under the heading"Delivery times"on average between 3 and 15 days depending on the article and the type of goods. In the event that the product is not available, the customer will be promptly informed by e-mail, or by fax, or by SMS. The delivery days indicated are to be considered"working", bearing in mind that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the delivery times indicated on the product page will start from the moment the transfer has been credited. To anticipate the bank's technical times, the customer can send the accountant of the bank transfer by email to info@showine.it or by fax to 0376 1760104, indicating the CRO code of the operation.
What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?
In the absence of the customer, a notice is left by the courier with telephone contact of the delivery branch, the next day the courier, if contacted, delivers the purchased products again without any charge, after 72 hours if I do not contact the products they go into storage and a further charge can be attributed to the customer by Showine based on the amount of days in stock. In this case, a Showine manager will contact the aforementioned customer by phone or email.
Are the products delivered already assembled or do they need assembly?
The products that need to be assembled are all the products of the"Bottle holder"category except the items in Polypropylene which are delivered already assembled like the rest of the catalog

In case of problems

Can I return the product?
Showine recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation. Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, the Customer (if he qualifies as a"consumer"pursuant to art. 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the products. What happens if my package is damaged or lost?
Any damage to the packaging and/or products must be immediately contested by the Customer, by putting the wording “Accepted with Reserve” on the courier's delivery receipt. If the delivery does not arrive, please contact Showine immediately at:assistenza@showine.it
